‘… strangely moral... short and brutal... unflinching confirmation that we are our own worst enemy.' Ireland on Sunday.

UPDATE: Thanks to brilliant Co Fermanagh singer-songwriter Pete McCanny, WOUNDLICKER has its own song. Enjoy the smooth rage of ‘HEY BLONDIE’.

WOUNDLICKER is ‘…a 'wrathful and indulgent, slick and witty 'fuck you' to peace process humbug.' Malachi O’Doherty.

CAR washer Fletcher finds an MI5 recording device in a vehicle used by Northern Ireland politicians. He tells it of his plan to kill political figures on both sides of the Orange/Green divide… and the murders begin.

A monologue bubbling with anger at the world and with love for Wee Blondie, WOUNDLICKER is set in the first days of the peace process.

‘My first novel, a love story hidden among hatred. I wrote it while pissed off with the way influential people were playing poker with a very fragile peace. Blackstaff Press picked up the manuscript and, for me, a little dream came true.’

WOUNDLICKER is here.
